Association of Obio/Akpor Youths (AOY) is the conglomeration of Obio/Akpor sons and daughters within the premise and abroad (Diaspora), not excluding Indigenes without borders and all permanent residents of OBALGA generally giving solution to OBALGA problems by AOY.
